How to reset the password?

Follow these steps to reset your password:

  • Open the app.
  • Log out if you are logged in.
  • Click on "Forgot password".
  • Follow the instructions on the screen.

How to add a new user to an existing company?

To add a new user to an existing company, follow these steps:

  • Open the app.
  • Log in if you are logged out.
  • Click on "Advanced".
  • Click on "Settings".
  • Click on "Access".
  • Click on "Add".
  • Fill in the e-mail address.
  • Select access rights.
  • Click on "Create".

If the person does not already have an account tied to the e-mail address it has to be created. That can be done on the page create user account.

How to change the company address on the invoices?

To change the company address used for example on the customer invoices, follow these steps:

  • Open the app.
  • Log in if you are logged out.
  • Click on "Advanced".
  • Click on "Settings".
  • Click on "Company".
  • Click on "Edit".
  • Update the company address
  • Click on "Save".

How to see the audit trail?

To download the audit trail, follow these steps:

  • Open the app.
  • Log in if you are logged out.
  • Click on "Advanced".
  • Click on "Export".
  • Click on "Add".
  • Choose what parts you want to export.
  • Click on "Create".
  • The export is done in the background.
  • Go back one step.
  • Open the export when it is "FINISHED".
  • Click on the button at the bottom that says "Copy download URL to clipboard".
  • With this link the export can be downloaded from any computer. Login is required with the link.
  • All CSV-files have information about the username that changed the data. See "users.csv" for name and e-mail address to the user.
